This care plan includes support for new malware or hack incidents that occur during the active subscription period. Where a website becomes compromised, we will assess the issue and carry out cleanup work within the scope of the plan.
If a website is already compromised before the care plan begins, cleanup is not included and can be provided as a separate one off service.

What is considered a "Small Website Task"?
A small website task is a minor update or fix that can typically be completed within 20 minutes.
Examples include Text or Image changes, Design or Style Adjustments, Plugin or Theme Configuration tweaks or On Site SEO updates aligned with best practices.
What if my request takes longer than a small task?
If a request is estimated to take longer than 20 minutes, it will not be covered as a small task and may require additional Development Hours, billed at the standard rates depending on complexity.
I will always review the request and confirm any additional time or costs with you before starting the work.
Do you support custom or non-WordPress websites?
Our Care Plans are designed specifically for WordPress websites.
For custom built or non WordPress sites, please contact us to discuss a tailoredĀ support arrangement that fits your setup and requirements.
How many tasks can I submit at once?
You may submit tasks up to the limits of your Care Plan each month.
For the fastest turnaround and clearest communication, I recommend submitting one task at a time. However, you are also welcome to submit a list of tasks, these will be handled in order and within the limits of your Care Plan.
How long does it take to complete a task?
Most small tasks are typically completed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on complexity and our current task queue.
Requests flagged as urgent are prioritised in the queue where Emergency Issue Support is included in your Care Plan.
What type of tasks are supported?
A range of WordPress related updates, fixes and maintenance tasks are supported, including:
- Content or layout changes
- Design and styling adjustments
- Plugin or theme setup and configuration
- Technical On site & On page SEO updates aligned with best practices
- Security hardening and vulnerability checks
All tasks must fall within the scope and limits of your Care Plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly task limit?
If you reach your monthly task limit, you may either purchase additional Development Hours or upgrade to a higher Care Plan with increased task allowances.
Any work requested beyond your plan's included limits will only be carried out after confirmation and will be invoiced at the standard hourly rates.
Unused tasks do not roll over to the next month.
Do you provide hosting or domain support?
Hosting and domain support is included with Starter Care Plan 2 and above.
Where applicable, I can liaise with your hosting or domain provider to help resolve performance, configuration or DNS related issues. Responsibility for third party infrastructure remains with the provider.
Do you offer ongoing SEO or performance optimisation?
Yes. All Care Plans include On Page and Technical SEO support, as well as performance and site speed updates.
SEO tasks are completed on request and use your available task time. These plans are not full SEO campaigns or ongoing SEO management, however, I can implement On Site and Technical SEO updates or provide suggestions that support your wider SEO strategy.

Basic SEO optimisations (no research)

Can you help update products on my Ecommerce website?
Yes. Ecommerce product updates (including adding, editing or removing products) are supported under the Care Plans that include Ecommerce support. These updates are completed on request and use your available task time.
Product content creation or content updates (such as writing or revising product descriptions) are included only with Pro Care Plan 2 and also utilise the task time included in that plan.
Your website must already have WooCommerce or another Ecommerce plugin in place. If not, I can set this up at an additional cost as part of the development services provided.
For larger or more complex product imports or catalog updates, additional Development Hours may be required.
Any product content changes are carried out on request or with client approval and may positively or negatively affect search visibility.
Can you add or edit subscription service plans on my website?
Yes, I can add, edit or manage subscription plans for websites covered under the Care Plans that include Subscription Service support.
These updates are carried out on request and use your available task time.
Your website must already have subscription functionality in place using Woocommerce orĀ another supported plugin.
If not, this can be set up at an additional cost as part of the development services provided.
Larger or more complex subscription changes or restructures may require additional Development Hours.
